A very positive experience. The service was great and the staff were very attentive during the visit. The parking lot next door is handy, the store space is large and organized, with a good variety of models on display. The sales team, especially Jefferson, was very attentive from beginning to end of the purchase and answered all questions. Overall, good service and a well-structured store.

Every time I need to take my bike for any inspection it is endless torture. Firstly, they always say that a part needs to be replaced and they NEVER have the part in the workshop, secondly, the amounts charged for labor are 2 or 3x more expensive than other workshops. This is the third or fourth time this has happened and the justification is always terrible. When I said that I wouldn't wait for the parts to arrive and the price for them was way above what would be charged anywhere else, they were super rude. And worse, they know they are the only ones in the region so they don't make the slightest effort to treat the customer well, I've been a customer since 2015 and they treat you badly in the same way. Unfortunate!

I was going to say terrible service, but I didn't have one to give my opinion. My father and I spent 20 minutes next to the CBR 650R and no salesperson even approached me, in fact they didn't even look at us. Two salespeople simply sat in front of us and didn't bother to get up and ask if I had service.

I took my motorcycle for a 6k resentment inspection at Honda Mila motos in Jundiaí but I live in Taboão da Serra, I only traveled 60km to get there and it was worth it, everything is perfect, especially service, 1000 I answered all my questions and found more information about the models available for sale, great service, I recommend them with my eyes closed!

Lack of respect and No commitment to the customer. It seems like they don't need to serve well and they don't even need to sell. They think there are only them and they are the best.
